Jeep India as finally announced that Compass facelift is going to be launched on 7th, January, 2021. The car was globally launched recently a few months back and now Jeep is all set to unveil the car in Indian market. The Jeep Compass facelift will feature a lot of cosmetic and features upgrades but no upgrades have been done to mechanical part of the car.

Jeep compass 2021 changes
In terms of exterior changes, the Compass facelift will get freshly designed headlights with LED DRL's Integrated in them. The grill will get seven slats with honeycomb designed inserts. The alloys will get new design with maybe dualtone effect. There are no major updates given in the side or rear of the car but the Front bumper is also redesign and get new flog light assembly.
The major changes in the Jeep compass are in terms of interiors. The dashboard of compass is now fully redesigned and now gets trending floating 10.1 inch touchscreen infotainment system which is likely to support Amazon Alexa Support, Android Auto and Apply CarPlay. The Ac vents are now placed below the Infotainment system. It will also get a fully digital instrument cluster.

In terms of engine and gearbox, there is no change in Jeep Compass facelift. The compass is being powered by a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine making 163 hp power and 250 NM of torque and a 2.0-litre Diesel engine which produces 173 Hp of power and 350 NM of torque. There is a 6 Speed manual gearbox for both the engines. And a 7-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox and diesel gets 9-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
