2022 BMW 2-Series Active Tourer unveiled!

The BMW recently unveiled their 2-Series Active Tourer which is based on both drive system i.e. combustion engine and electrified drive system.

It comes in 3 variant :- Standard, Luxury Line and M Sport grades. 

Exterior :-

The second generation premium hatchback comes with revised styling, updated LED headlights, front fasica dominated by kidney large grille, 16 and 17-inch wheel sizes and a boot space of 415 litres.

Interior and Features :-

Well, the cabin of this premium hatchback is inspired by the interior of the iX electric SUV and it has lot if features.

The cabin comes with features like,10.25-inch curved display (support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), 10.7-inch digital instrumental cluster, BMW Maps, 2-zone automatic climate control, reverse and interior camera, rain-sensing wiper, automatic tailgate and more.

It also has new generation iDrive based on BMW Operating System 8.

Engine :-

The engine of this BMW will provide power to front-wheel. In mild-hybrid variants, the electric motor will generate 19 Hp of power.

The engine of all the variant is matted with 7-speed Steptronic dual-clutch transmission. The power will depends on the variant you choose, :- 

• 218d will deliver 147 Hp of power.
• 218i will deliver 134 Hp of power.
• 220i mild-hybrid will deliver 168 Hp of power.
• 223i mild-hybrid will deliver 214 hp of power.

The car might launch next year in frist quater of 2022, nearly in February.
